Dust with icing sugar before serving.
Combine all the ingredients for dressing and refrigerate. Combine all the vegetables in a bowl, add the dressing and mix well. Serve chilled.
Prepare the dressing with 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, dry basil leaves and salt, and pour over the grilled chicken skewers.
Serve with thick cream or custard.
